Formed in the summer of 2005 Pacific is a new force in Scottish construction, built on a solid foundation with a team dedicated to continuing to deliver a high quality, fast track building service to the commercial and retail sector.
Our team had developed key skills over the last two decades working in “live” environments providing innovative solutions to our customers in food retail, airports, hotels and the fast food sector.
Our “can-do” approach to business coupled with our non confrontational style has gained us many blue chip clients, who have rewarded us with repeat business. As such we have seen our new enterprise grow to meet the needs of these clients
Our experience often leads us into areas that require expertise well beyond that which is usually found in the construction sector.

Our team have developed key skills in creating solutions for clients with key needs.
These skills have been honed and tested in extremely harsh environments for a contractor to operate such as Airports where there is a need to maintain passenger flow and safety along with issues created we are required to operate in the aircraft manoeuvring areas.
We also have a long association trading in food environments and food retail areas. Notably with McDonalds restaurants PLC where in addition to building and re-fitting their flagship “in-store” areas our team have also been involved in the fast track drive-thru construction.
